Back On Her Bike -
NEW 5th May 2008
After a frustrating five months on the sidelines
Niki is thrilled to be back in the saddle again. Niki fractured
the fifth metatarsil bone in her left foot during a cross
training exercise last November. While the injury disrupted
her training schedule, she is now back on her bike and looking
forward to a rewarding 2008 season.

NEW Australia, 21st April 2008
Representing Fuel TV, Niki guest presented
the "Most Outstanding Sports Coverage" award at
the 2008, 6th Annual ASTRA Awards. Australia's pay TV awards
attracted a star studded 1000 strong crowd to the exclusive
event where the media industry celebrate their highest achievers.

"Many of the sport's top riders travel
the world showcasing their skills. We chatted with a few of
them to hear some of their traveling tales, as well as pick
their brains for some useful tips on globetrotting with your
mountain bike."
Niki features twice in this large format,
high end calendar, as poster girl for the months of both May
and August. After the studio look for 2006 and the on location
feel for 2007, Anke Wilken and photographer Daniel Geiger
have taken yet another approach, using real athletes for the
2008 edition, featuring some of the world's best cyclists.

Tonight". Network Ten sports reporter Andrew Brown revealed
Niki's goals for 2008 and beyond, including her desire to
once again combine downhill and cross country together.

official tire sponsor of both the Saunier Duval-Prodir Pro
Tour team as well as Australian MTB racer Niki Gudex. These
two entities may seem at different ends of the cycling universe
but the lifestyle dirt rider and the Elite Spanish road outfit
come together where the dirt meets the road under the Scott
Bicycles and Hutchinson sponsorship umbrella.
No stranger to backing top flight Pro Tour
teams, Hutchinson is exploring new ground across the border
in Spain. After an off season that saw a number of high profile
signings including Iban Mayo and Gilberto Simoni, Saunier
Duval-Prodir has put their trust and confidence in Hutchinson's
proven quiver of racing tires.
Niki Gudex who has made a name for herself
as an up and coming Australian XC racer as well as a fashion

of Niki was shot 13,000+ feet high in Peru, after access by
horse then downhilling down.

of Many Talents
Castelli recently added a trio of powerful
marketing tools - a graphic and fashion designer, professional
cyclist, and a stunningly photogenic model. Luckily for Castelli,
all the talent is wrapped up in one person: Australian mountain
bike racer Niki Gudex.
Her sporting prowess, striking looks, vision,
professionalism and worldwide popularity make her the ideal
representative for Castelli. Racing for Castelli, Gudex will
